In a first of its kind study, Dr. Shahzad Farooq successfully wrote and published the results of a fascinating non surgical Interventional Treatment for Sciatica Pain carried out since 1994 till 2010.It was fourteen years trial on patients of Back Pain, Sciatica Pain with the assistance and extensive support of Dr. Naghmi Shirin in Pakistan . This study demonstrated that traditional surgery techniques did not adequately serve the purpose of treatment in relieving the pain despite disturbing the alignment and axial load shifting which further complicate the patient condition resulting in FAILED BACK SYNDROME in many of the patients which ends in lateral lumbar interbody fusion (XLIF).Again a very big procedure without knowing the results
